  • The Sunday Journal was founded in March 2004 as part of the Derry Journal group. The paper entered into the highly competitive Sunday market and it soon grew into a popular addition to the range of Sunday papers and developed a loyal readership. Over the next three years it saw its circulation grow until it became the fastest growing Sunday newspaper in the North.

  • After crossing the Foyle Bridge from the Waterside turn left at the Culmore Road Roundabout. Travel along the Culmore Road until you reach the Pennyburn Roundabout. Turn right at the roundabout and head along the Buncrana Road until you reach the Delacroix Bar. The Journal offices are between the Delacroix Bar and Mcginley's Petrol Station.
